2025 Healthy Habits Calendar

We all say “This is the year…” that drink more water”, “eat more healthfully”,or “exercise more”.We all know we could be doing better, if only we had the accountability in place to help us. Enter the healthy habits calendar! Starting in January, we’ll work on 12 different habits, one each month. On a daily basis, you’ll be reminded to work on the month’s habit. At the end of each month, you’ll snap a photo of your progress and compete for prizes with other healthy habit makers. The participant with the most monthly wins will receive the grand prize.
